3BR Welcoming Home close to Central Park

Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Positive: Clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to the subway station and Central Park. Host were attentive and available 24/7 if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again when we are in NYC. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Nothing Negative: ⭐ 1/10 – Completely Uninhabitable, Worst Stay I’ve Ever Had This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this property. From day one, the apartment had no running water, no heater, and a broken toilet that made extremely loud noises nonstop. I contacted management immediately. They repeatedly promised to fix the issues, but nothing was actually resolved. The toilet was “checked” once, but it remained broken for the entire 8-day stay. The heater was briefly fixed on day two, then broke again the very next day. After that, management said they would send someone, but no one ever came, and the heater stayed broken until the end of the trip. This was in New York winter, where nighttime temperatures were often below freezing. Without heating, the apartment was freezing cold and impossible to live in. We were forced to find other places to sleep while still paying for this apartment. Management was unresponsive, unreliable, and irresponsible. They made empty promises and showed zero urgency, even though the apartment lacked basic necessities. This property should not be listed at all, as it does not meet minimum living standards. This stay completely ruined a large part of our trip and caused unnecessary stress and extra expenses. I deeply regret booking this place and would never stay here again. Avoid this listing at all costs.
